  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within US)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

However, we’re happy to help you contact the carrier to resolve issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moshenssupply@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
