On December 19, 2023, I was diagnosed with Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis. Since that day, I’ve listened to my body more deeply, adapted with grace, and embraced change with strength. Positivity is my compass — it’s always #1 in my life.

Helping people and being someone others can count on is what fuels me. I believe everything happens for a reason, and I’ve found mine: to spread awareness, spark change, and bring people together through the power of resilience, hope, and Moshen.
